About our founder

Meet Stan Vaccari. Founder of SV Health Coaching — his own coaching business specialising in Strength, Transformation, and executive health. A multiple business owner who understands the pressure of work demands and the challenge of balancing health at the highest level.

At the peak of my coaching career I was putting in 50+ hours a week on the gym floor, building a business, doing everything right on paper. And somewhere along the way I became exactly the person I was supposed to be helping.
